This Sunday is the 40th Port Huron Float Down. Here are some things you need to know! The Float begins at 1pm at Lighthouse Beach in Port Huron and ends at Marysville’s Crysler Beach. The floating will last 2 to 3 hours long so plan accordingly. Some safety precautions to take are wear a lifejacket, use a reliable raft, float or kayak. Stay out of the shipping channel, Canada and as well as private properties. Be sure to wear sunscreen and have rides arranged to pick you up at the destination. And most importantly stay safe!
