On June 20th, during the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council Convention held at the Cobo Center in Detroit, PTM Corporation made a public announcement in support of A Beautiful Me and future female leaders. PTM’s intention was to match dollar for dollar funds donated to A Beautiful Me up to $10,000 between June 20th and July 3rd. In that time, with community support, they were not only able to reach the $10,000 goal but far exceed it. Last night, PTM hosted a reception for the many donors and supporters of A Beautiful Me to witness the acceptance and celebrate the gifting of the ten-thousand-dollar check from PTM Corporation. The funds raised will be going towards A Beautiful Me Closet set to launch this fall in downtown Port Huron.
