Leftovers are safe in the fridge for only 3 to 4 days and safe in the freezer to use within 2 to 6 months. When reheating leftovers the safe temperature to eat food is at 165 degrees. And remember that today is the last day to savor the last bits of the Thanksgiving meal before you need to throw it out.
