The city of St. Clair may see new parking spaces to it’s downtown. At a City Council goal, session meeting they spoke about the possibility of 41 new parking spots open for the public. The spaces would be made on the east side of Fifth Street, south of Clinton Avenue. Then another location of a small parking lot off of Fifth Street. If the project is approved the estimated cost of the new parking project would be about $53,000.
