Yesterday two suspects entered Chase Bank in Marlette at approximately 9:05 am produced a firearm and demanded money. The first suspect is described as a white male, mid to early 20’s 5’6” and approximately 120lbs wearing a gray hoodie and a “clown-like” mask with red on the top. The second suspect is described as a white male, mid to early 20’s, 6 feet, and approximately 170 lbs. Wearing a camouflage jacket, and also wearing some sort of mask and a knit hat. The two left the bank on foot to Morris Street where they were picked up by a waiting, possibly 2013 white Cadillac with minor front end damage to the passenger side. That car was last seen heading north on M-53. Marlette Community Schools were directed to shelter in place until the direction of the suspects could be confirmed. The bank is located at the corner of Morris and Main Street (M-53) in downtown Marlette.
