As the weather is nice and summer trips are being planned. One thing you and your family will want to remember is to hose off your bike or ATV with water or compressed air. The reason for doing this is if you’re planning a biking trip out of the county or even state you live in you may be bringing invasive species that have been riding with you. The Michigan DNR says, “ Hosing off bikes, ORVs or any camping equipment with water or compressed air can make a huge difference. A quick rinse and you’ll stop those invasive species from hitching a ride to a new area.“
