The Port Huron Police Department annouced two promotions within the Department Sergeant Chris Frazier and Sergeant Brian Kerrigan. Both Sergants were hired in 1997 and worked in various roles throughout the department. Effective Monday, February 5th Frazier and Kerrigan received the rank as Lieutenants. Chief Baker said during the ceremony. “It’s a good day when we can promote such fine candidates and that Lieutenant Frazier and Lieutenant Kerrigan are both deserving of this promotion”.
