Friends of the St. Clair River and the Blue Water Audubon Society are hosting the 4th annual Winter Bird Blast on Saturday, February 24th. In the winter, the St. Clair River is home to more than 60 species of waterfowl. To celebrate large amount of birds, The Winter Bird Blast will be a day-long birding event on the shores of the St. Clair River in downtown Port Huron. There will be a Bird Talk and Walk starting at 9am to noon and a bird painting party at Studio 1219 from 1 to 3pm. For more information on the event visit scriver.org
