From May 6 to the 12th, it’s Goodwill Week. The public is invited to stop in at the corporate headquarters for an open house at 1013 26th Street in Port Huron on Tuesday, May 8th from 11am -1pm to learn more about the mission and services Goodwill provides to St. Clair County. There will be tours, basket raffles and food and beverages provided. The mission statement of Goodwill is to help put people to work. They offer program participants training so that they can overcome whatever barriers they may be facing, and be eligible to become employed.
