The Recreation Department received a grant to put on a “Meet Me at the Park” event from The National Recreation and Parks Association and The Walt Disney Company, and other partners. Volunteers from Blue Water Habitat for Humanity have been creating accessible play houses for new “Little Sprouts Tike Trak” at Palmer Park and the volunteers from the Bluewater Free Methodist Church have completed one of the raised garden beds that will allow kids to grow their own snacks!
